Our client, a nine year old child, was staying at the Regina hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria.

As she was walking around the swimming pool with her friend, her foot got caught under the grid causing her to fall forwards and hit her head on a nearby step.

She was taken to a local hospital by ambulance and her head had been cut open. At the hospital, our client had stitches to the wound.
